Our Client is a global leader in regulatory compliance services for chemicals, cosmetics, food, medical devices, agrochemical products, disinfectants, and consumer goods, and is seeking a dynamic Manager to spearhead their strategic expansion across the European and UK markets. This senior leadership role entails building and managing a high-performance regulatory compliance team, driving market growth in EU chemical and cosmetic sectors, and fostering strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, associations, and regulatory authorities. The successful candidate will leverage their global network to optimize technical support and operational synergy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a specialized regulatory compliance team focused on EU/UK markets, setting clear performance targets and achieve the team performance objectives;
• Develop and execute business strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities in EU/UK regulatory landscapes
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to position our Client as a leader in compliance solutions
• Establish and grow relationships with industry partners/ associations/ authorities
• Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, and staff development

Profile:

• BSc. in Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, natural resources or related discipline
• Professional experience in regulatory compliance of chemical industry and expert knowledge of REACH, CLP and other EU regulations.
• At least 3 years in leadership roles
• Adaptability to global teamwork, problem-solving agility, and results-driven mindset
