A finely targeted option, we begin by meeting the client to discuss the assignment in depth to gain a thorough understanding of the role and its context. From these meetings we prepare a precise job specification and define the ideal candidate profile for approval by the client.
The assignment brief will outline the organisation, company background, future strategy, the objectives of the role, a job description and the candidate profile and remuneration package.
We will use our extensive industry knowledge and experience to choose the media that will be the most effective in finding the right candidates.
We will write, design and place the advertisement.
We will then manage all responses to the advertisement & undertake intial telephone based screening and assessment.
The next stage will involve inviting the chosen candidates for a probing interview and meticulous screening and match process by our consultants to identify and shortlist key candidates for client interviewing.
